All services are custom, digital, and non-tangible. Final deliverables are provided as digital files only unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Structure & Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and acceptance of this agreement
(excluding photo enhancement, light restoration, digital flyers, custom cover/thumbnail, and any and all add-on services).

Final Payment

The remaining 60% balance is due after final client review and approval and before any media, documents, or digital access is released.

Release of Final Deliverables

Final deliverables—including download links, full-resolution files, unwatermarked media, eAlbum access, planning packets, or website access—will not be released until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which may include:

Additional payment methods may be accepted by prior arrangement, including:

Personal checks are not accepted.
Applicable processing or platform fees are deducted at the time of payment.

Revisions, Scope Changes & Add-On Services Clause

All services include only the revisions outlined in the selected package. Once a project is finalized and the final payment is submitted, any additional edits or requests are considered add-on services and will be billed separately. Add-on fees must be paid before updates are completed.

Cash Handling & Payment Timing Policy

For cash payments, A. Albert Memories & Media is not responsible for lost, stolen, or miscounted cash once payment has been received and confirmed.

Pay at Pickup or Pay Before Sending (Cash or Check Payments Only)

No final media, documents, or access will be released until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Previews, Revisions & Approvals

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Final approval signifies completion of the project.

Late Payment & Project Hold Policy

If final payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date:

All deposits remain non-refundable.

Memorial and tribute projects are handled with care and respect. By submitting materials, clients confirm they have the legal right to use all provided content.A. Albert Memories & Media, LLC reserves the right to decline content that is inappropriate, offensive, or outside the scope of services.

Business Essentials Service Policy

Business Essentials services include branding, website setup, digital tools, and marketing materials. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
Turnaround times begin once all required information and forms are submitted. Each package includes a limited number of revisions; additional changes outside the original scope may require an added fee.
Website setup includes a one-page site using a supported platform. Domains, hosting, and third-party fees are the client’s responsibility. Jotform and digital form setup do not include legal advice or the drafting of legal documents.
Due to the custom nature of this service, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Final assets are released after full payment, and completed work may be used for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.

Use of Work & Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, A. Albert Memories & Media reserves the right to:

Clients may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request prior to project completion.

Limitation of Liability

A. Albert Memories & Media is not responsible for:

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

Force Majeure

A. Albert Memories & Media, LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, or acts of God.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking services, submitting payment, or signing a contract, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above and the privacy policy page.
